Refund policy
- Right of withdrawal:
In accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without the need to justify their decision, provided that the product has not been opened or tampered with and retains its original packaging in perfect condition.
- Excluded products:
For reasons of hygiene and food safety, returns of products whose packaging has been opened or tampered with after delivery will not be accepted, except in the case of defective products or a shipping error attributable to HIGH5 COFFEE SL.
- Return procedure:
To manage any return, the customer must first contact our customer service by writing to foundationcoffeespain@gmail.com within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the order. Once the return is approved, we will indicate the Nova Post branch where the product can be deposited for return.
- Return costs:
In the case of voluntary withdrawal (without defect or error attributable to the seller), return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. In the case of a defective product or an order preparation error, HIGH5 COFFEE SL will assume the return cost.
- Refund:
Once the returned goods are received and verified to be in perfect condition, a refund of the amount paid for the product will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days using the same payment method used in the purchase.
