DELIVERY POLICY

  1. Delivery Area

    We deliver to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and European Union countries.
    • Mallorca is included in the standard delivery area.
    • Delivery to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla is calculated individually — please contact us before placing your order.
  2. Delivery Methods

    We work with logistics operators Nova Post and, if necessary, DHL. Local pickup is also available.
  3. Delivery Costs

    • Free delivery on orders over 70 €.
    • For orders under 70 €, the shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and weight.
  4. Order Processing Times

    • Orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed on the same business day.
    • Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed on the following business day.
    • No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
  5. Estimated Delivery Times

    Spain:
    • Nova Post Branch: 1–2 business days.
    • Courier Delivery: 4–5 business days.
    European Union:
    • Terms vary by destination and are calculated by the logistics operator.
  6. Taxes and Customs

    For international orders outside the EU mainland, any applicable taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs procedures may impact delivery schedules.
  7. Changes to Orders

    Once an order has been dispatched, modifications to the delivery address must be managed directly through Nova Post customer support.
