Shipping policy
- Shipping scope:
We currently ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and European Union countries.
– Mallorca is included in the standard coverage.
– Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla require an individual quotation – please contact us to calculate the exact cost before placing your order.
- Logistics operators:
We ship via Nova Post and, occasionally, DHL.
– For standard deliveries we use Nova Post.
– Shipments by DHL can be arranged through our customer service upon prior request.
- Shipping costs:
Delivery is free for orders over €30 within mainland Spain.
– For orders below this amount, the shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout.
- Preparation times:
– Orders placed before 12:00h are prepared the same working day.
– Orders placed after 12:00h are processed the next working day.
– Orders placed on Fridays after 12:00h, weekends, or holidays are prepared the next working day.
– No shipments or deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
- Delivery times within Spain:
Delivery to Nova Post branch
– Mainland and Balearic Islands: 1–2 working days
Home delivery (courier service with GLS partners)
– Mainland and Balearic Islands: up to 4–5 working days

- Delivery times to the European Union:
According to the official Nova Post table:
- Italy / France: 1 day
- Germany / Netherlands / Poland: 3 days
- Portugal / Czech Republic: 2 days
- Romania: 7 days
- Other countries: according to specific indications

- International shipments and customs duties:
– For destinations outside Spain, all taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order price.
– Customs procedures may cause delivery delays.
- Address changes after shipment:
Once the order has been shipped, it is possible to request an address change through the Nova Post Contact Center. This process may take up to 48 hours and can affect delivery times.
- Returns and reshipments:
– In case of a return, the goods will be stored free of charge at the Nova Post branch for 30 days.
– After this period, storage charges may apply.
– To return a product, you must first coordinate with our customer service team.

Nova Post offers standard coverage:
– If the declared value of the shipment is less than €500, the full value is compensated in case of loss.
– If the declared value exceeds €500, additional coverage will be 0.5% of the amount exceeding €500.
