  1. Purpose:

    These General Terms and Conditions regulate the purchase of products offered through the online store of HIGH5 COFFEE SL (hereinafter, “the Company”), accessible at http://foundationcoffee.es. By placing an order, the user accepts these conditions, as well as the privacy policy, cookie policy, shipping policy, and returns policy published on the website.

  3. Purchase process:

    The user may browse the website, add products to the cart, and complete their purchase through the Shopify Payments gateway. Before final confirmation, the user may review the order and correct any errors. Once the payment is confirmed, a confirmation email with the order details will be automatically generated.

  4. Price and payment method:

    All prices are shown in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT according to current regulations.

    Payment must be made in full (100% of the amount) at the time of order confirmation through the Shopify Payments gateway. Other payment methods may be added in the future and will be duly communicated on the website.

  5. Shipping:

    Shipping conditions, delivery times, and costs are detailed in the shipping policy published on this website.

  6. Right of withdrawal and returns:

    The customer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, provided that the product has not been opened or tampered with.

    In the case of a voluntary return, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

    In the case of a defective product or an error attributable to the Company, the return shipping costs will be covered by the Company.

  7. Warranty:

    The products sold are non-perishable food items, therefore no specific durability warranties apply beyond the expiration date indicated on the packaging. In the event of a manufacturing defect or packaging failure, replacement or refund will be provided in accordance with applicable law.

  8. Promotions and discounts:

    Currently, no special conditions apply to promotions or discount codes. In the future, the Company may publish offers or promotional coupons, whose conditions will be expressly indicated in each case.

  9. Geographical scope:

    Currently, products are sold and shipped to Spain and countries of the European Union. For shipments outside this area, the user must first contact the Company.

  10. Order cancellation:

    If the customer wishes to cancel an order before it is shipped, they must contact the Company as soon as possible via email at foundationcoffeespain@gmail.com or by phone at +34 617 430 296. Each case will be reviewed individually.

  11. Applicable law and jurisdiction:

    These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with current Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona, unless otherwise provided by law for consumers.

  12. Modifications:

    HIGH5 COFFEE SL reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable conditions will be those in force at the time of placing the order.
