Burundi nyagishiru – a high-quality coffee from the nyagishiru coffee washing station in the muyinga region of burundi, where approximately 850 smallholder farmers collaborate. Grown at 1,500-1,700 m.A.S.L., this bourbon variety undergoes a natural process. It offers distinctive flavor notes of wild strawberry, oolong tea, honey, with a lemony floral acidity, tropical red fruits, and a chocolate-like undertone.
