Jasmine scenting: the tea leaves are blended with fresh or dried jasmine flowers and left long enough to absorb the aroma. This process may be repeated several times to achieve a more intense fragrance. After scenting, the flowers are usually removed, leaving only the tea with its natural jasmine aroma.
